Solano County Rents Remain Lowest in Bay Area According to RENTCafé Report

A new report from RENTCafé analyzing Bay Area rents in the month of May 2019 has found that Solano County rents remain among the lowest compared to the rest of the Bay Area. The report, which looks at the nine-county Bay Area, finds that the North Bay cities of Vallejo, Fairfield, and Vacaville have the lowest rents respectively. These three cities, along with Antioch and Pittsburg, have the lowest five average rents in the region.

Fairfield had the lowest rent prices, and second lowest overall in the region, with the average rent being $1779 and a month-over-month growth of 0.6%.

Vallejo had the second lowest prices in Solano, and third lowest overall in the region, with the average rent being $1785 and a month-over-month growth of 0.4%.

Vacaville had the third lowest prices in Solano, and the fourth lowest overall in the region, with the average rent being $1791 and a month-over-month growth of 0.6%.
